Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Lee “Prospector” Fogleman to the position of Chaplain for our FCF chapter. There has been a real need for a Chaplain in our chapter for many years and there is no better person to fill that position than “Prospector”.

Prospector is a long-time member of FCF and has a terrific relationship will all our Royal Ranger boys. He sets up a trade area in the FCF Village at every camp which acts like a magnet to boys and men alike. Boys flock to Prospector because of the wonderful gift that God has given him to be able to minister to them on their level. When boys visit the FCF Village the first thing they ask is “Is Prospector here?”

Lee has an anointing upon him that is obvious from the first time that you meet him. He makes special cross necklaces and special pouches that symbolize the blood of Jesus which he anoints and prays over. He then trades them or gives them away to boys and men so that they can have a symbol of God’s anointing and presence in their lives.

As Chaplain, Prospector will make sure that we have a heavy spiritual emphasis at all our FCF camps. He will be ready to anoint and pray at our ceremonies and camps, and before Council Fires, he will coordinate and prepare our FCF members to be prayer partners during altar times.

Many of our FCF and Royal Ranger brothers and their families have come under the attack of the enemy in this past year. Sickness, disease, unemployment, financial needs, and other needs have been troubling many of us. This is why we are asking our Chaplain to organize a Prayer Chain Ministry to help lift them up in prayer. Prospector is a mighty prayer warrior and prayer is the most powerful weapon that we have been given. This Prayer Chain will lift up these needs daily until the prayers have been answered. The Word tells us that if two or more agree together in prayer, praying in Jesus name, that He will hear and answer their prayers. So we want anyone who has a prayer request to email Prospector at leefogleman@tx.rr.com and let him know.

I am looking forward to what God is going to do in 2010 and of hearing the Praise Reports that are going to come from answered prayer!

In His service,

Art “Flintlock” Sullivan
FCF President
